Prior to the adoption of 18.15.007 (Ord. 2038) on 04/01/2002, Section 18.15.007 read as follows.

(1) Direct Connection (within Corp. Limits) 1,460.00

(2) Direct Connection (outside Corp. Limits) 1,700.00

(3) Multiple Unit Fee (within or outside

Corp. Limits) - in addition to a Direct

Connection Fee, for each unit within a

multiple unit building or structure used

for human occupancy, employment or

recreation or other human habitation

purposes (to include each unit of a multi-

family dwelling and each unit of a multi-

unit office building) - per unit 300.00

(4) Subdivision Connection to City Water

Main Exempt - The connection of a water

distribution/transmission line to a City water

main for water service in a real estate

subdivision in the City shall be exempt from

payment of a connection fee (the connection

fees shall be paid by the individual water

services connecting to the water distribution/

transmission line in the subdivision) -0-
